Tough-To-Say
The Project —

Partnering with my good friend Brandon Regner, we set out to create a limited series of 5-panel hats under our passion project, Sir Design Studios, with one goal: to produce them 100% in America. The inspiration for the project, named "Unite," came from witnessing the deep political division in the country. Brandon saw an opportunity to send a message of unity, emphasizing that we should come together as neighbors, regardless of differences. To further reinforce this message, we modeled the hat after a time of great division in U.S. history—the 19th century.
What I Did —

I designed a custom typeface for the patch and created three unique product tags, each featuring the Unite message on the back and an indicator of the hat’s place in the series. We dedicated countless hours researching and coordinating with vendors to ensure that every material and the entire production process was 100% made in America.

Additionally, I designed and built an eCommerce store and developed social media advertisements to promote the product nationwide. Our efforts paid off, with orders shipping to over a dozen states across the country.
